Not happy with the number of pages produced!
This cartridge most definitely does not produce up to 200 pages before running out----MAYBE 50. I would Never buy this printer again for a work place that needs to make more than just a few copies, or print more than a few pages.

Great reliable cartridge at a great price
I really depend upon my HP printer and the easy installation and clean clear print I get is great. The prices at Staples are reasonable and I love the staff at the Glenview store..helpful and professional

Quality and service
I find the convenience of ordering ink when needed, is extremely helpful. I get the remainder when it's low, click a few keys and it arrives in no time.

I appreciate the great service at Staples. They are friendly and helpful in finding things we need. The quality of the product XL black ink cartridge HP 62 last a long time. I also had my computer cleaned up from viruses and was very satisfied with the service.

Price difference at store
The store price was more than the online price and the cashier could not get the price adjustment to work at register. Because I had an appointment to get to I told her to just ring it up. Disappointed in Staples pricing.

Always reliable
Printer is HP, so of course the ink needs to be. I get the extra ink kind so I don't have to go back too often. Never a problem; runs great too the last drop everytime.
