Poor Supply of HP 62 cartridges
Costs too much as a single cartridge . Your completely BROKEN stock at Riverside (also at Stamford) for the past 2 weeks (since August 15) is annoying beyond words. These cartridges come from Maylasia and can be air freighted .You may take a little less margin with air shipment back at least you would be serving the customer instead of leaving them twisting in the wi...

The black cartridge is okay. But I am very disappointed in the 7640's use of color. When a printer uses the color cartridge to make black it is a serious lack of transparency with the purchaser/user. The ink dries out too quickly. It seems like it has plenty of ink and yet my printed tells me the cartridge is empty.

Way too expensive for simple black and white ink that doesn’t last for many copies. That’s not Stapkes fault but it’s a rip off. To Staples credit it’s always available.

Took a while to get the printer back on line after installing the new ink cartridge but I suspect it was more user error ten the ink itself. Since getting the printer on line ALL is good.

Excellent Cartridge
This is an excellent cartridge. The colors pop on the sheet. I only use Hammermill Color Copy paper. I find it to be outstanding for all printing.
