Brand new 62xl ink cartridge caused error
I received a 62xl , installed it and got an error. Tried many things, same results. Reinstalled the old 62xl and no error.

Didn't last very long

Crushed boxes
I purchsed three (3) different ink cartridges and they were shipped to me in a bubble wrap envelope. Two (2) of the three (3) cartridge boxes were crushed. These should have been put in a box to ship which would have protected them a little better.
