great colors
I have used this product for 2 years since I bought my all in one printer. I love to print online photos that I get for hardcopy onto the glossy 4 x 7 premium photo paper. My fridge is covered with pics of my children and grandchildren that live far from me. I love to see them everyday!!

Reliable and sharp
We use this printer more for documents that will be sent out to a business. The print is sharp. I like that I can put in a cartridge and it doesn't fail me.

Good Ink Cartridges
I haven't used these yet! they are my backup ink cartridges I would suggest that when a person needs ink if there printer uses a HP62 they get the XL cartridge.

THE CARTRIDGE WAS EMPTY
when I went to put the cartridge in, the printer told me to reload it properly, I did several times and looked to find out it had NO INK,!! luckily I had a spare and that worked. Otherwise I'm normally very pleased with the fast shipping and quality of ink. I would like a refund or replacement, please. So while I would not usually not recommended this product, I am...

Nothing beats the original HP products
I only buy true HP products. I have tried refurbished or whatever it's called.....BAD mistake. I have tried other products that supposedly offer the same thing.....BAD mistake. Nope. It's HP or nothing!
