I bought these for my travel printer and half way through a fifteen page draft copy print the cartridge went empty. Then when I called the store I was told they couldnt do anything as they have no way of telling what I was printing it was one day the company says one cartridge can print up to 200 pages on optimal settings. Ink Purchase
I purchase a ink cartridge when I install a new one. This allows me to not have to wait for the delivery of the new cartridge when I am in the middle of a project. I always seem to run out of ink when I am in a hurry to meet a deadline. The purchase is easy to do from home.

Broke my printer!
I used the software/site to smart order my ink. I shouldn't have had to, because the printer is a month old. Apparently they sold the new printer with low ink. But I used the feature to select which ink. I ordered it, it arrived when it said it would. However, there is an error message now, it won't print, it won't tell my why beyond there is a problem with the cartridg...

When I shop at Staples I normally find what I am looking for right away. My last purchase was for a package of black & colored ink cartridges together. One color cartridge of ink lasts thru 3 XL Black Cartridges before I need another color cartridge. I would definitely recommend shopping at Staples for all your office & home needs!

HALF EMPTY OR HALF FULL
It seems that the cartridges are very light and not full with ink. There is no way to look and see if they are full. They do not last very long at all especially for the price you pay for them. You can hardly complete printing a report before the ink is low.
