Not happy with the number of pages produced!
This cartridge most definitely does not produce up to 200 pages before running out----MAYBE 50. I would Never buy this printer again for a work place that needs to make more than just a few copies, or print more than a few pages.

The ink is always great.
I have only received one bad cartridge over the years which was replaced.
Had trouble with the ordering this time and receipt was slow. My HP printer has lasted a long time so I hope this ink will continue to be available.

Fast service, ridiculously experience.
Unable to find HP cartridges in the stores here, so ordered online from HP.
They arrived quickly, but the price is outrageously high. Wish I had a different printer that didn’t use so much ink and had less expensive ink.

Great Convenience
I have been thinking about doing this for several months and glad I finally did. This process stops me from running to Staples every time I run out of ink. This method allows me to always have ink on hand. The printer is never out of ink.

Not high yielding
I thought with the XL cartridge I would get more copies; I don't feel that I able to get that many more copies that with the regular cartridges.

Absurd Review of HP's Products
Since HP built my printer and indicated that #62 is the correct cartridge, the successful installation and operation of this cartridge in my printer is nominal. It really has nothing to do with Staples or it's delivery operations. So, please stop asking me to review Staples. Thank you.

Reliable and efficient product and service
run out of ink a few weeks ago ... went to hp website and was able to reorder HP 62XL original ink cartridge. This product works so well. Was very pleased with the prompt service I received. All is well once again :)
