Not happy with the number of pages produced!
This cartridge most definitely does not produce up to 200 pages before running out----MAYBE 50. I would Never buy this printer again for a work place that needs to make more than just a few copies, or print more than a few pages.

Printer Discontinued!
Aha! Now I know why' I can't find ink for my printer, an HP 7640. This printer has been discontinued! I have asked this store manager or other employees why can't I get this ink? They must have known the printer was discontinued so at some point when all ink is out of stock I guess I'll have to buy a new printer! CSR should have known for sure.

Discovering the cartridges you want are not in stock is irritating. However, that doesn't have anything to do with the printer.
The cartridges are used by several different models of printers. Most of the time shortages of certain cartridges are because supply hasn't been keeping up with demand.
Many businesses are also experiencing shipping delays because the delivery companies are having a hard time keeping up with orders too.

Great Ink
Always had great service and good looking pages with HP ink. I will always buy HP ink to use in my HP printers. Nothing else works as good.

HP62XL ink
I was in a panic when my ink in my printer bit the dust. All typical stores that carried this product were out. This became a scary situation. I am not a Technie, but I need to print my quilt block patterns. So thankful HP website supported their customers.

I called Staples before I went there because I didn't want to make a useless trip. They had only one left of the ink that I needed. I went in they had put it at the register so I didn't have to waste any time. Very helpful

Excellent Product
I can always depend on the HP 62XL cartridge to produce a large number of well printed documents. The ink is dispensed in an even flow and the printed copies are dark and easy to read. I would recommend this ink cartridge.
