Not happy with the number of pages produced!
This cartridge most definitely does not produce up to 200 pages before running out----MAYBE 50. I would Never buy this printer again for a work place that needs to make more than just a few copies, or print more than a few pages.

Printer won't align
Ran out ink so I purchased new HP cartridge. Never had any problems before when replacing the cartridge, but now the printer won't align. Suggestion was to make certain I had good, clean paper and to clean the print heads. The paper is new and I ran head cleaner levels 1,2 and 3. Still won't align. Seems to cut off occasional letters when printing. Only thing different ...

Box is to hard to open and you must have something sharp to open package toner.
Also wish the ink would last a little longer. You did not have colored ink in stock I was in two different times and still did not have any. Other wise well stocked.

Great Service
Working at home I am going through much more ink than usual and apparently so are the office supply stores in my area. I ordered from HP directly and received my order in two days as promised!!! I received exactly what I ordered and quality is great!

Black ink cartridge - bad
I installed a new black ink cartridge but get an error. I switch back to the old one and everything is fine. I am definitely NOT HAPPY.

HP Ink Order
Obviously HP makes fantastic products, but the price of their ink cartridges is ridiculously high, and their delivery takes way to long to get to you. My order came by snail mail even though when I checked out online it said I qualified for 1 day delivery. Will find a different ink purchase option in the future.

Took sign is rly longer than in the past
Did my normal purchase of replacement cartridges. Until now ordering direct from HP it would be here in 2 days. This time it was aavout 2 weeks.
