Fun for the entire family!
This game is recommend for children ages 6 to 8 so it was perfect for my boys since they are 6 and 8! Two to four people can play so get the whole family involved. You'd be surprised, as a parent, how what might seem like an "easy" game is actually quite challenging at times! POP for Word Familiesā„¢ helped my 8-year-old build on his vocabulary while it introduced my 6-ye...

My 8 y/o (3rd grader) loves this at school and wants a set!
Dear Review Reader,
My 8 y/o (3rd grader) came home from school and asked if we could get this game because she enjoyed playing it so much in class! I'd say that's a win. :-)

Great Game!
Students could not put this game down. They love the POP series of games and they get to practice their words at the same time.

Great Game for the Classroom!
I use this game for centers and small groups in my second grade classroom. It quickly became a favorite, as the directions are simple and easy to follow. Yet, the game provides wonderful practice for word families and rhyming with a great twist if a "POP" card is drawn. My favorite aspects about this game are that it is sturdy and compact. All of the pieces and spinner ...

Great Game for my Kindergarten students

Fun & Entertaining Little Word Game!
We got this game and played it with the kids in our family. (ages 7, 9 and 11 years of age). I love the popcorn storage box, really cute & I appreciate that the instructions for game play are printed on the box, nothing to lose in the future!
The game is compact so it's a great game to take while traveling as it can be played in the backseat of the car, on a plane, et...

This is a great learning game!
The game was simple enough for my 5 and 7 year old to play together, but it wasn't frustrating. I know my kids give up easily if a game is too frustrating. However, the game is still challenging enough for their age group. The game is really cute. The little popcorn box is filled with little popcorn shaped cardboard pieces. Each player spins and then they pick a piece o...

Pop for Word Families
just tried out the word game Pop for Word Families by Learning Resources and it was lots of fun! I used it with the little boy I have been tutoring this summer. There are several ways to play the game. We played where you spin the spinner, take that many pieces of popcorn from the tub, and make a word for each piece of popcorn. For every word family ending you read corr...
