Love the color, the size overall, and sitting all the way back, the lumbar design feels good on my back. I like how it conforms to my body. I also like how breathable it is.
As for improvements:
This chair squeaks and creaks!!! I can't move without it making annoying creaking noises.

Great value - super comfy!
This chair was easy to assemble on my own. The adjustable chair height and armrests allowed me to fit it nicely to my personal ergonomics. The mesh back allows good air flow, so it's not too hot to sit for a long period of time. I like it so much I'm going to buy a second one for my at-work office!

Nice chair
Arrived as promised and so far is very comfortable. I was having back pain from my old chair. This chair is very ergonomic and has relieved my pain.

Not what we were looking for. I needed a stable seat that I can adjust backward and downward so the end of the seat is tipped up.

This is a comfortable chair, but within the first week of use in our office, the material on the arm rest (a sort of synthetic leather?) has already begun to tear. This is very disappointing. Periodic creaking has already set in as well.
