Five stars
Staples has always been for its customers. I have been around for sometime both here in Plymouth and when I lived in Natick and would visit the Route 9 store. Now that I am very much a Senior Citizen the support given to me is comforting and reassuring.

Hate Epson printers and ink
Terrible, it uses too much ink. I’m always needing to replace cartridges. I think I need to go back to the HP printer.

Epson ink cartridge & printer
They NEVER seem to have the regular ink cartridge. I am pressured into buy high yield. I do not feel they last longer. AS for the Epson printer I purchased there, A BIG WASTE OF MONEY!! Myself and five other printer can not get it to work. Now have large bottles of ink plus printer not being used!

Epson ink is always excellent with no issues. I think it’s very well priced too. I have tried refurbished ink and you take your chances with those.
