Soaking wet box
Your delivery driver very lazily left the box outside my garage. It rained and box, packing slip and even cartridge box was soaking wet. The cartridge was wrapped in plastic so it is okay but no thanks to your driver who should have bought to the front door where there is a covered porch.

Epson printers do best with real Epson ink. So I buy it. Just toooo expensive these days. Can't image it has to be $85.

Never again.
Used "Watco" for shipping. 2 small boxes of ink cartridges. Supposed to arrive Monday. 1st day, said wrong address, UN-deliverable, returned to warehouse. I called Staples. Address WAS correct. Said would reorder. Supposed to receive on Thursday. In the mean time, I had to ration my ink usage. Wed and Thursday said delayed to Friday, Still saying due to wrong address, b...

Order
My order was delivered to the wrong house. They told me I would get another order by February 4th which is unacceptable. Or I could go to Middletown, NY to pick up the ink, which is 40 minutes away and I just came home from Staples in Middletown. You drivers need to READ!!! No wonder why Staples in Franklin and Newton, NJ both closed.
