Partially cut paper jams copier
One of the boxes of paper on this order has many previously sliced pieces of paper (slices taken out of the corners and edges appearing professionally done by a machine) in all of the 10 reams. This caused jamming of the copier and a service call to fix the issue.

Paper OK, but...
The condition of the paper box was horrible when it arrived. Thankfully, the paper itself didn't get too damaged and was still usable. Although every single ream was torn open. I will be a little hesitant to order again - is the box too cheap or was this a problem with Fed Ex - I'm not sure.

DON'T ORDER STAPLES PAPER
Every time we order, the boxes are all broken and the reems of paper are ripped. I can't understand why your driver would deliver boxes that are all torn and crushed. I really needed the paper or else I would have refused the order. I will not be ordering again.

Always Damaged
We have this delivered and pretty much every single time the box and paper is damaged and opened. They unload the ones they cannot sell in store on us.

Received battered 8.5x14 paper AGAIN!
We received 5 reams (instead of 10) and I'm pretty sure it's the same paper we returned that's been taped together. It's still damaged, and by the time we get all the tape off, there will probably be more damage. Please pick up these 5 reams and deliver a case (10 reams) of undamaged paper.

shipping was not handled correctly
My entire case of paper was not secured for shipping . only shipping tape applied was for the of the box to the bottom. There was no support for the weight inside. Each ream was ripped and exposed. some paper was not usable. Only reason for not returning it was that I needed the paper for use that day.

This is a great product, however the delivery is not the best. They left the paper downstairs in the weather instead of putting it under cover upstairs.
I have called and told Staples that the office is only open until noon but it never seems to get here by then.

Package in bad condition
1 of the 10 reams came really bad and the box was broken, I would like to know how I am going to get a replacement for that ream, I added the pics.

It's still not here, so no photos. It's still not here so it's hard to review. Why would you send me an email asking for a review of a product the same day you send one telling me it has been delayed? Again.
