Quick and easy customer service. The store didn't carry the ink for the Epson WF100 but they were able to order it and deliver to my home. It came like 2 days letter. Awesome

Works as advertised
Haven't had it very long, but so far it works as advertised. Once in a while it will jam a page of 20lb standard 8.5 x 11 paper, but I have noticed that it is getting less and less frequent. I'd buy another one. Colors are typical Epson - excellent - and so is the clarity. Small in this case rules for me. Id buy another.

I love my little Epson
I love my little Epson printer so much,
Now I use it more than my other printers.
