What did I think
Purchase went smoothly enough, then I wanted to know when it would be shipped and I'd receive it.
Geez, no one could even find my purchase number or that I'd even ordered anything after several days.
Store finally called ????? and Someone said I'd receive my shipment in a day or so.
This was done in store. Not to smooth after all.
