The name stamp was done exactly as I requested. At the time of purchase I requested that the stamp be delivered to my house. The staff person was unable to do this. i left the store knowing I had to come back in a week to get stamp. Stamp order
I ordered the stamp for a specific occasion and asked for it to be delivered to the store. 5 days after I was told it would be in I went to check on it and they traced it to be delivered to me! It was rerouted to go back to them and then to the store. Long story short I never got the stamp and got a refund. Refund did not help the position I was left in not being ab...

People, product and preparing
Upon my last visit I pleased with customer service however the printer I wanted was not in stock. I'm not happy about that so the rating is on the stamps alone.

Probably my fault - but the font is too small.
This is probably my fault, but the font is too small. This is for a
Deposit Only stamp, and the small font makes the account numbers
too small - too much chance for a mistake, with my money!!!!

Typeface is too burry on the stamp.
While in the store, I was shown how the typeface would look. However, the lines are blurry. I plan to return for either a refund or to order another stamp with a different typeface, free of charge.
I am unable, by the way, to rate the purchase; when I hit a star above, nothing happens.
