Impossible to design custom envelope
I’m disappointed in the design and layout of the envelopes I designed at Staples. Of course I thought it would be fine seeing it on the screen but it is not. The font is horrible and the size is just wrong. I suggest working with a real print shop that KNOWS envelopes and not very nice and very helpful, but ultimately not knowledgeable clerks at Staples.

Light weight and printing crooked
I went into the store and they helped me at copy center. They were printed off site and mailed to me. This envelope was very light weight and printing of return address is not straight.
