Incorrectly Printed
To my dismay, envelope order was wrong size print. Not only that, but I order these quite often, and the salesperson can’t find the previous order, either because the system had been “upgraded” or they are poorly trained. I’ve been a rewards member for probably 20 years. Maybe I’m the one that’s poorly trained and shouldn’t use Staples.
