We reordered multiple versions of our office envelopes. The order took very long to come in and when they did, one of the envelopes was a different color than what we ordered and have ordered multiple times before. While the color change was not a "huge" deal the timeliness of the order was more of an issue. Then we were not even offered a discount for incorrect order. ...
