Starts cooling immediately
Heat Stress effects most of us who work in an industrial environment or outdoors, I do both. The 6685 Cooling Vest, once filled with water and put on it starts cooling right away. As you can see by the picture, it's also very reflective for added safety. I've had this vest for a while and it's still holding up with minimal wear.

Kept me cool over a T-shirt, lasted about 6 hours before refilling in 90 plus weather.

This thing works slick. I usually run about 10 degrees hoter than everyone else and on a roof really kept me not so hot. I like not sweeting like a pig.

The Chill-Its Dry Evaporative Cooling Vest is top notch in my opinion. Stays cool for a LONG time. High-riding waste line so it fits perfectly for my upper body and does not hang low like a t shirt.
