wrong cartridge
I order this from the link on my computer from my HP printer assuming it would know what type of cartridge was needed. I was wrong. this is the wrong cartridge. I has been an inconvenience as I was not able to print doccuments I wanted for my trip and did not have time to order a new one. just came back from this trip and would like to return this cartri...

Your customer experience does sound inconvenient. I apologize for the shipping error or confusion surrounding what ink to select. The best selection trick is to use the information directly from the old cartridge. I would ask the stores or HP support line if you didn't use that strategy. Customers tend to find those methods effective.

over priced ink
there is no reason for these cartridges to be so expensive. I usually buy them at other places but was in a bind and needed it now. It will be the last time for Staples unless desperate.

It's printer ink....
After five reminders to rate this purchase, I want to say I feel a little nagged about it. It's printer ink. Hard to wax poetic about printer ink, especially when the cost of it is equal to or greater than the printer. It works for my purpose but it is printer ink.

HP ink cartridges.
Original HP ink cartridges are the only way to go for quality printing. they don't last as long as they used to, but still the best there is.
