Ink cartridge failure.
To date I have been mostly pleased with the performance of the HP Ink Cartridges. I did have a defective color cartridge from my last order that failed to print when it was only half used.

Ink cartridge return envelope
I am always satisfied with my HP ink order however, with this order there was not an envelope to return the old ink cartridge to HP. Was this an error or the way it's going to be?
