HP Ink Refills
These work fine and I have never had any problem with them working. My only negative comment is it seems as tho they are on filled 1/2 full. This requires replacing them way too often. Thanks -

Best Product for Price
I only use HP ink cartridges in my HP printer and I prefer to get the XL cartridge because it has the most ink for the best price...more copies than the regular cartridge.

Faulty cartridge?
My printer says the cartridge is not communicating with the printer. I’ve tried removing the new cartridge and putting it back in several times. Still doesn’t work.

Hello Lisa,
I think you have diagnosed this cartridge correctly. Defective cartridges are a disappointment. There is one suggestion that may solve the problem. Make sure to unplug and restart the printer before reinserting it. Ensure the plastic covering is removed from the cartridge. If you have another cartridge handy, a test print will eliminate the printer as the problem.
