High Quality Exorbitant Price
I was desperate for an ink cartridge which was why I paid $5-6 more more than I could have paid elsewhere. I love Staples products but I just cannot afford to shop there for things I can get elsewhere. Your prices are just too high. Why can't you be more competitive?

HP 63 Black Cartridge
It works fine. There are too many different number cartridges by design no doubt. When my printer that took #61 cartridges broke I had three unused #61 cartridges to give away. The stores had no more #61 compatible printers.
