Disappointed with purchase
Black ink cartridge quickly ran out of ink. I was only able to print a dozen pages before cartridge ran out of ink. Very uncharacteristic as have bought before without an issue.

I haven't used the new ones yet but they are the same as I've been using for years. My only complaint is the price. They don't last that long and what they charge for those small cartridges is outrageous. The ink costs more than the printer did. It's a crime!

Bad cartridge
I usually get a good bit of printing out of these cartridges but this one was empty after 3rd print. I shook it and still did not work. 2nd one was ok. It just ran out today.

Cartridge failure.See below
The order arrived and I immediately installed a cartridge. It failed producing only a blank page. I tried a second cartridge which was fine. So it wasn't the fault of my printer or my installation procedure--just that first cartridge. I'd appreciate receiving a replacement. Thanks!

Hi Louis In this situation there are many ideas to try. I apologize for the disruption to your printing activities. Start by ensuring the printer registers the cartridge. If it does do a test print with the cartridge. If you are still getting a blank page return to the cartridge at www.staples.com/sbd/content/help/shipping/. Ink Just Right
Following the printer manufacturer's recommendations for the correct ink to use always gives me the best printing results. Additionally Staples seems to always have a favorable price to stay with the proper ink. HP 63 ink cartridges in black and Tri-Color consistently give me the printing results I expect.

HP Standard Ink cartridges are the best!!
If you want the best and beat all industry standards you need to buy HP equipment and especially their black and tri-color cartridges. Best price best quality visually and long long lasting. You lose out purchasing lower priced cartridges as they are beyond practical quality. What else is there to say?
