Double Ink Cartridge Pkg
When I received my package the black ink cartridge was empty. It did not work. I called my local Staples and explained and was told to bring it in which I did. No hassels whatsoever. My only problem was that I ordered it online so as to not have to drive 30 minutes oneway to buy it to which I ended up doing to replace it. But alls good.

Hi Janice One hundred copies is a bit low in terms of yields. Our yields are averages meaning each user gets a slightly different amount of pages. Still there are many things to change the outcome. Pictures diagrams or tables use up more ink. Grayscale saves on color ink required for all printers. Long print jobs could cause the cartridge to be clogged.
