J’utilise ces cartouches d’encre depuis plusieurs années et si j’avais une remarque ce serait le prix élevé pour ce produit. Par contre je préfère ce produit surtout à cause de la qualité.

It took some work but Fit!
It took a lot of work to get it to fit in the printer, but it finally did and works now. I bought the ink out of frustration with the HP subscription ink program, and really hoped this size would fit. Luckily, it finally did.

Everytime I try printing something from an email I keep being told to align the printer. Why? This is not functioning as the 63 was. It costs more money but I am using more ink and paper when asked to align everything I print. Then it says that HP defaults to quality printing. Something not right here! I might add that this is a new printer.

Hi It's unfortunate the ink density decreased after two pages. I have some questions about your review. Was the ink sitting at home for a long time? What makes you say the ink is old? - To counter the dry cartridge check the printhead. - Wipe off any dried ink with a damp cloth. - For the faded ink increase the print quality setting. - If that doesn't resolve the issue exchange the cartridge at www.staples.com/sbd/content/help/shipping/.
