Hello CS It sounds as if the cartridge did not perform as required. It is a regrettable customer outcome and I am sorry you had to endure it. If you have ink quality issues view your printer settings. There should be a setting labeled print quality. Increasing this setting will deposit more ink on the page. This product is great but the delivery guy delivered the ink to my nextdoor neighbor. We have deliveries from Staples all the time not sure why this was delivered to a completely different address.

Hi Miss Penneyfeather Running out after 100 pages is disappointing. You could get more pages out of each cartridge with printing conservation practices. Simple changes such as using black ink only or adjusting the print quality setting lower can have a big impact. Keep in mind the paper and type of content printed matter for page yields.
