It has to be disappointing to get a cartridge error message. I regret that you have had to manage these circumstances. There are a few ideas you could try to get the cartridge to work.
If a printer struggles to recognize a new cartridge, it may display a low ink message. Try shutting down the printer. Unplug it and turn it back on. Reinsert the cartridge.
As for the ink quality, you should adjust the print quality settings. The only warning I must give here is that turning the print quality up will use higher portions of ink.

The ability to order both types of printer ink
I find that it is difficult to find this product in my local store and am pleased with how soon I receive it through ordering. I like having both the black and three colors in one pkg. and it is reasonable in price.

The recycle bag was awesome

Good ink but pricey. I like that they include a prepaid envelope for returning empty cartridges, but it would be better if they gave a bit of a credit towards the next purchase as well.

Compatible for my printer
Never had an issue since it’s the required cartridge size for my printer. Wish the ink didn’t evaporate so quickly during non use times. Printed a few things at my office once and a month later I tried to print again and it was out
