Cost
Good ink but pricey. I like that they include a prepaid envelope for returning empty cartridges, but it would be better if they gave a bit of a credit towards the next purchase as well.

Compatible for my printer
Never had an issue since it’s the required cartridge size for my printer. Wish the ink didn’t evaporate so quickly during non use times. Printed a few things at my office once and a month later I tried to print again and it was out

It Keeps Going and Going…
While I have not recently printed out photos and use a lot of color ink I have printed a lot of pages using both black and color ink and this cartridge seems to be lasting a long time. With the price of these cartridges exceeding the cost I paid for the printer getting my money’s worth is really important.
