Hi there,
I am sorry. That sounds frustrating, but I might be able to help the situation.
It sounds like clogs are not allowing the ink to go through the tiny inkjets on the cartridge. There is a cleaning routine available from the printer's menu used to clear them out. The routine might need to be run more than once to clean out the clogs completely.
To prevent the problem:
- Turn the printer off when it is not being used
- Always use the power button on the printer itself to turn your printer off. That gives it time to position the cartridge so it is protected from excessive drying, which leads to clogs.

I have been out of ink forever!
