Would have purchased more from you but it was not available in your store Very low inventory The in store employee was most helpful in ordering the product However I could/would have done that myself and saved a trip to your store I went tp the store top get the product not happy to then have to order Very popular product no reason not to have it in stock

Didn’t work and now printer has stopped working
I am not happy and would give zero stars if I could. Bought the cartridge bc I was low on ink. Went home and put it in the printer and it didn’t print at all and said it was still low on ink. But not only that now the printer doesn’t work at all. Not at all.

Hi Patti I am sorry that you had this experience. It was sure to be disappointing when you got that error message and now the printer won't work. You can try taking the tri-color cartridge out and see if you can print that way. You'll get an error message but that can be ignored. If it prints (in black and white only of course) then the printer is OK but the cartridge needs to be replaced. This might be high yield with 480 pages expected, but in reality expect half of that. Biggest rip-off ever.

I have always purchased HP ink for my printer and always satisfied with your ink, but the delivery took longer then usual. In the past it was next day delivery, this time it took a week to get my ink. I had been out for several days and needed to print some important papers. Not Happy with delivery.
