My printer doesn't print after installing cartridge
I put the cartridge in my OfficeJet 4650 and doesn't print anymore, but it still can fax, scan, and copy.

Complaint about your website.
I didn't need the 63XL. I needed 62XL. But on your web site, when I search for "62", it shows both 62 and 63, and I bought the 63 by mistake. And then when it came, I just threw it away.

Great quality product. However the amount of pages printed for the price you pay is ridiculous. I even use the draft quality printing 99% of the time; Don't print photos and seldom use the color printing option.
