Hp 63 black ink cartridge
I would not buy this size cartridge. You don’t get even half the ink as you do in the XL size. I think I printed about 15 pages and was out of ink again. Go with the XL. You’ll then get your money’s worth.

HP Ink is good ink. The price is on the high side but the ink prints well. My local Staples store was out but I was able to order a cartridge online and it was delivered the next day!

Doesn’t seem to print as many copies
It is what it is. Seems to run out so quickly. And printing 3 test pages to get it aligned is a bit much

Planned obsolescence?
Just so happens on these older type printers ( that are still performing great) that these particular print cartridges are the only ones in scarcity when looking at the shelves in all the stores. Get with it HP or whom ever COVID can’t be your excuse forever!
