Buy the best
I have used HP products for sometime. I even tried to use a cheaper brand once not a good choice. HP is excellent quality ink cartridge . Your work product is better and ease of use is what I look for in a product.

Not happy
I love your ink, but I subscribe monthly and cannot seem to get you to send me any ink because my computer and printer are not always insinc. It is very disappointing as I pay you every month and then have to pay and order ink.

HP 63 Black Ink Cartridge
I needed to replace the ink cartridges on the HP ENVY 4520 and installed the HP 63 Black and also the color cartridge. Easy to replace them and the alignment printout came out detailed. Scanned the printout and printer is doing fine. Very good product.

Hi Jim It is regrettable that you had this experience. I can understand if you are not happy about that. Here are some things that might help lower your costs for ink: - Consider using the XL version of these cartridges. Most people say they are a much better value - Set the printer to draft mode whenever possible - Shut the printer down between uses - Always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the cartridges are protected from excessive drying - Subscribe to Instant Ink then you only pay by the page and not for the cartridges themselves If the poor performance appears to be due to the individual cartridge itself consider contacting the seller. Hp black ink cartridge
Do not buy the regular size ink cartridges. Go with the XL. You do not get your money’s worth from the regular size. Not even half of what you get from the XL size.
