I was in an unusual situation
I have my 3 HP printers registered with Instant Ink. However, I had not used one of them for quite some time and the colour and B+W cartridges had dried out. Cleaning them with isopropanol didn't help. I could not figure out how to ask Instant Ink to send me new ones since these still reported themselves has having plenty of ink left. Not as it claims
Very poor product. Supposed to print up to 430 pages. I have printed under 100 pages under normal conditions and my printer is saying low ink already!!
