Way way too expensive. Since Costco quit refilling ink cartridges I have not found another source for refills. Staples should consider filling the gap and refilling.

wouldn't work
It wouldn't work for some reason - printer said it was not installed - changed to another exact same one and was fine - tried it again no dice- I think it was defective

Quality Ink
Good quality; it just runs out too fast! :) It seems like a purchase ink (color and black) at least every 2 months. Expensive to say the least. and I don't believe the "instant ink" is a bargain.

Ordered the wrong cartridge
Thought this was the right cartridge for my printer. It was not. I needed a 64/303. I am sure that it is a great product, just not the right one.

I love the product. However I had it shipped to me and I was extremely disappointed with the amount of time it took the carrier to get it to me. It shipped early in the month and didn’t receive it to the 4th of the following month. I do appreciate Staples though because they gave us a coupon for the next purchase because of the inconvenience. Hi Ann I am sorry that you weren't pleased. We take your feedback seriously so no thanks are necessary ;) Here are some things that might help lower your ink usage: - Consider using XL cartridges. Most people say they are a much better value - Make use of the printer's draft mode whenever possible - Using the black-only setting will save on colored ink usage. - Shut the printer down between uses - Always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the cartridges are protected from excessive drying - Subscribe to Instant Ink then you only pay by the page not for the cartridges themselves Mary HP Care hp.com/support

Love the ink would have preferred if both Tri Color and Black were offered in XL sizes in Staples. Neither were. much better value in XL so might have to find another source to purchase if I can find them.
