Ink!!
Needed new ink cartridge for my all in one printer, ordered it online, worked awesome!! No find the right one, they did it all for me!! All I had to do was install it!!

Does not work
I bought this ink cartridge to replace the exact same cartridge that was low on ink. When I put the new cartridge in it says it’s incompatible with my printer and I can no longer print.

Hi Deb,
I am very sorry that you had this problem. It can be a caused by a fingerprint or some damage on the cartridge or printer contacts.
Carefully polish the copper contacts on the cartridge (and the matching ones inside the printer) with some kind of lint-free material to see if that helps the connection.
If that does not work, you can use the step-by-step instructions at this site to return or exchange the cartridge:
