Does not work
I bought this ink cartridge to replace the exact same cartridge that was low on ink. When I put the new cartridge in it says it’s incompatible with my printer and I can no longer print.

Hi Deb,
I am very sorry that you had this problem. It can be a caused by a fingerprint or some damage on the cartridge or printer contacts.
Carefully polish the copper contacts on the cartridge (and the matching ones inside the printer) with some kind of lint-free material to see if that helps the connection.

Love the extra pages that I can print.
I bought this a month ago and I am really happy that I did. Since ordering it I have been able to print a lot of files that would have taken probably 2 of the standard cartridge. Thank you for the High Yield cartridges.
