DO NOT BUY
I have had issues with some cartridges....(my printer says they are not genuine). I was NEVER offered any kind of compensation. I will never order from you again.

Waste of Money
I opened this cartridge this morning and installed it. The printer says it is does not have any ink in it. This is probably the second or third time this has happened. HP sucks!!!

Very disappointed
I have recently been printing a lot. I know for a fact these cartridges are not printing anywhere the number of pages they claim. In fact, I would estimate it to be half of what they claim. Have continually been ordering more and it is extremely expensive for the number of pages. Also, lately shipping has been very slow and I find myself waiting for the ink to get h...

Not good--just does not last long
I hope these are better than the regular 63's they only last a month and I hardly copy items at home. also I handed in 4 used cartridges and never received a email for points or money

Price
I wish that the price I paid was less but I have never used the refill ink process. I have head that the refill voids the warrenty of the printer.
