I had searched several places for the cartridge and no one seemed to have them. In truth I was looking to see if it cost less elsewhere but not being available was worse than useless. I came back to Staples on my way home because I knew I would find it there. And the price is reasonable.

I don’t have a choice but to use this kind when I purchased my printer but it seems to work great. The only thing I would change about a printer is the life time frame. I have to buy a new printer every 6-8 years and I feel like it should last at least 10 years for the money I pay

Frustrated
First I ordered colored by mistake. I needed black. I want to order the high yield cartridge and it is always out of stock whether in-store or on-line. Ordering two cartridges costs $12 more than high yield. I can do better ordering elsewhere on-line.

Had to have this shipped to me because the store was out of it. I've done this before with no problem but for some reason my apt # was not put on package and the cartridge ended up at another apt. Text showed I signed for it when in fact I did not. This is really upsetting.

Hp 63 ink cartridge
