Very reliable.
I have bought a printer that had been refurbished - The color cartridge was faulty and would not print the full spectrum of colors. After some investigation it was determined that a new HP type cartridge be installed - which I have done and every thing is just fine now. The black cartridge was low so I just ordered one and want to thank you very much for fine products

Good item but wrong amount of ink
This giant store should carry the larger cartridge so that their customers can benefit from a better value. My son bought this for me and I still am waiting for the correct item to be stocked at my local staples so that I can install it in my printer.
