Easy to install, seems like it works fine.
Very easy to install. Just pop in it, it prints a test page and scans it, and it's ready to go. Seems like it lasts a while but I don't print a lot and don't measure it.

Wrong Ink
After trying to search for a new ink cartridge, this one said it was compatible with the printer I have. After waiting over 2 weeks for it to arrive, it says it does not work for my printer. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back, while waiting for my new ink order to arrive. Very frustrating!!!

Cost #63 Cartage
The price has really gone up. I paid $20.00 dollars for one cartage. I would like to have ordered two. I was told that because so many people are working from home that is why there is a price increase. I am retired so that doesn't affect me. As I remember I paid about $22.00 for a pkg of two. There were no #63 in the Staples near me so a very nice lady ordered the one...

Cartridge works fine but capacity is too limited. My local Staples store was OUT of the black HP63XL and you there at Staples.com were ALSO OUT of HP63XL. This is not great customer service in either place. W H. LAMB

It's pretty pathetic that the ink costs more than the printer. Plus you should give people credit at the time of purchase for returning the empties.
