Product as expected
The cartridge arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. It did not solve my printer problem. I have a message to check the documentation, which has no definition for the error. I thought ordering a pair of new cartridges might fix the printer problem, but it did not.

At Last!
I've tried the cheap knock offs for HP printers. Let me tell you that Cheap Knock-Off's are NOT the way to go! Stick with HP products and you won't get the headaches or expense that I went though trying to save a few bucks.
