63XL is good, 63XXL is even better.
The XXL package is even better if you can find it. Staples has it sometimes.

Black XL HP printer cartridges.
Don’t waste your money on the regular black HP 63 cartridge. I use 22 lb. Paper for printing and it uses it up faster than anything. Also don’t know about you but I cannot set my print on “draft” because my printer jams everytime. When I set it back to “Best” it will print my copies.

Wrong Cartridge
Our printer gave our an error message that the 63 cartridge was not compatible. The printer generated the order for the cartridge, so I thought it would fit.
