Packaged in separate boxes so they can get more money.
HP is making us buy each cartridge separately. I guess they aren't making enough money! The delivery service you use is terrible. They lost the first sending but did get the second try delivered.

One of Two failed to work
One cartridge installs properly after printing one sheet out cartridge goes to zero level. Cycle the power then cartridge is back to full. Print out one sheet cartridge goes to zero.
