Limited pages
I had to send out 300 Christmas letters to family and friends. I inserted a picture of my family which was in color. I figured the 330 pages they advertised would get me through easily. Color began to fade at around 80 pages. Picture was not quite half a page. The color was good while it lasted but I was disappointed in how fast the ink ran out.

Recycling
I was not happy not receiving a return credit for the two #63 Ink Cartridges that were empty. I like the product but don't like the Idea of not recycling the cartridge's.

Printer doesn’t like it
Don’t know if you are refilling cartridges or what but my HP printer keeps not liking the ink I am Buying from staples. Says it’s counterfeit. Wonder if this is something you’ve been hearing and trying to fix hopefully.
