Cartridge not working
Problem with Cartridge. It is not working. My printers keeps saying it is not installed properly. I have reinstalled it about 10 times and watched a video. I think there is an issue with the cartridge itself. How can I have it replaced?

63xl hp printer cartridge
I use these cartridges all the time. I had a hard time placing the order on-line so I called the telephone number. The lady took care of the order however when I asked her to apply the ten dollar certificate number she said that it did not cover ink. I needed the cartridges and therefore did not argue. However on the email message Staples sent it did not say that it did...
