I learned the hard way that it is MUCH cheaper to use the HP cartridges and not the off brands. A new printer later I always will use HP.

You did not have what I needed so I had to settle for next best thing
I needed a 63XL Black in cartridge. You did not have in stock. I am doing a high volume of printing and I have had to purchase the standard cartridge 2 or 3 times at a higher price that what I would normally pay for the XL. I was not informed of when you will have any of the XL so I may have to do the same thing. This is a good store but only as good as the products and...

Thinking I would save Money I bought an Alternative Printer Ink ... nothing but Problems from short lasting cartridge to finally “ Printing Error “. The problems immediately resolved when replaced by an HP INK CARTRIDGE .. Live and Learn
