Ink cartridge & lack of supply.
The ink cartridge is the best. Guess that's why it's in short supply at the local retailers. Shipping could have been a little faster. Especially when during this time when people are working from home.

well worth the price.
I used the blue box which is less expensive and thats fine for home use but in the office this box is what you need do not waste your time with the other.
